Customer feedback system

The question lands before they reach the door

AxisQMS closes the token and opens the survey in the same moment. One tap, on the visitor’s own phone or a tablet at the desk, in English or Arabic — and the answer is stitched to the service, the counter and the person who served it.

  • Fires automatically as the token closes
  • English and Arabic on the same screen
  • Low scores raise an escalation on their own

Reporting

A score is only useful if you can find who owns it

Break the number down by region, location, branch, desk and staff member — because “satisfaction is 72%” is a number, and “desk 4 is at 41%” is a decision.

Escalations

A bad score should not wait for a monthly report

Set the threshold once. When a score falls under it, AxisQMS raises a ticket, routes it to the right supervisor and starts the clock — while the visitor is often still in the building.

Escalation on a low score

Any score below your threshold opens a ticket against the service, the desk and the agent — with the visitor’s comment attached.

Violations on a broken SLA

A wait that crosses the target, or a counter left unattended, is flagged on its own. Nobody has to notice it first.

Replies in the inbox

Comments land in one queue with the token, the service and the timestamp, so a reply takes a minute rather than an investigation.
